It may be good for us to explain you with the air cooled diesel engine history in Mainland. In about 1990, our government wanted to purchase the producing line from Japan , with about USD250,000,000 , but Fuzhou Diesel engine factory in our city only purchased the sample engines series with about USD125,000 when the management team visited Japan in 1984, then successfully develop our own diesel engine series, the Fuzhou diesel engine factory was bankrupted in about mid 1990's with USD22,500,000 debt for obsolete management system. Then, main technical, production and purchase staff founded Fuzhou D&J Power Co., Ltd. in 1997.Please note the following message:
D&J Power company are the first manufacturer of air cooled diesel engine in Mainland China, testing 1500 hours without problem. Our engine crankshaft of DEK generator is made of 35CrMoAl, instead of 40Cr. And our bearings of DEK engines are NSK, NTN, crank pin bearings are from Volkswagen. And we adopt oil seal with European technique in intake valve and exhaust valve, all the rubber spare parts are from Japanese factories. The structure of silent DEK generator was designed with patent , it could avoid problems, such as too high lube oil temperature ,( 140-150 C degree), the destroyed cooling fan , we guarantee that the lube oil will not be into the cylinder, and the structure is more convenient to maintain and repair.
Our "S" series of DEK generator adopt half open structure which will reduce noise much, 8 dBa less. And for OHV GEK gasoline engine series, they were produced in Mainland since 2000, D&J Power company are also one of leaders in this field with our abundant experience in diesel engine for diesel engine is more complicated than gasoline engine, the cylinder blocks of our GEK gasoline engines are processed by CNC, and the oil seals are made of fluoride rubber.
